Position: Engineer, End User Computing (EUC)
1 A diploma or degree in Computer Studies or Information Technology.
2 Candidates with 3 years of helpdesk support experience will be preferred. Fresh graduates with relevant skillsets may also be considered.
3 Basic operating knowledge of Windows Server Operating System will be added advantage.
4 Strong customer service skills with a knack for problem-solving.
5 An aptitude for acquiring new skills and knowledge.
6 Ability to prioritize tasks and work on multiple assignments.
7 Strong written and verbal communication skills.
8 Basic understanding of Windows 10 OS, Active Directory, Office 365 (Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive), file and print infrastructure.
9 Working knowledge of LAN/WAN infrastructure and iOS and Android devices.
10 Be a team player, demonstrating shared responsibility and accountability with other team members.
11 Proficient in spoken & written English
1 Provide remote end-user support primarily for Wilmar Singapore offices and Australia offices, occasional support of users in other regional offices may also be required.
2 Provide end-user support for Windows 10 Operating Systems, File and Print, Office 365 services (SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and Active Directory, etc.), Zoom.
3 Provide end-user support for other desktop applications including MS Office, Acrobat, Docusign, Anti-Virus software, VPN application.
4 Troubleshoot issues related to Windows 10 OS for end-users.
5 Tracking & documenting support activities using the ticketing system (JIRA).
6 Complete assigned service request tickets, e.g. new AD user account creation, deletion of AD user account, password reset, etc.
7 Perform applications and software upgrades, perform troubleshooting and fine-tuning for users.
8 Identify and promptly escalate issues to level 2 engineers where necessary.
