Position: Project Admin
Placement: Balikpapan – 6 months

Job description:
• Arrange all administration regarding project administration and our employee needed
• Prepared ticket and hotel booking regarding business trip or personal trip our employee
• Responsible regarding filling all documents our employee
• Record, distribute and file all correspondence regarding the project (expense report, contract, call off, timesheet, invoicing process, etc.)
• Assist new employee – meet and greet and coordinate with recruitment division.
• Assist regular medical checks or PCR arrangement of all employee.
• Coordination and facilitate good communication between the client and our internal division.

Must have:
• Good in English (written and speaking)
• Resident in Balikpapan
• Only 1-5 year experience work as Admin in EPC Company.
