Account Support Specialist
The Core Objectives:
1. Continuously engage our merchants and listening to their needs, feedbacks, and stay in close communications
2. Ensuring consistency and quality: Have the greatest interest to make sure partners are also maintaining service and food quality consistency.
3. Liaising with internal stakeholders and partners to ensure issues are resolved over email, phone, or in person.
4. You will be most likely working
1. Minimum of 6 months in relevant experience
2. Experienced in handling and dealing with partners (account management experience)
3. Great communication and negotiation skills
4. Bachelor’s Degree
Desirable Experience / Criteria:
1. Self-starter and independent learner focused on finding solutions
2. Demonstrated ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations
3. Comfortable to work using laptop and internet
