Restaurant Operations Manager for a client from the F&B industry. The working location is in Jakarta
Restaurant Operations Manager
– Ensure smooth operation and in accordance to the standard and procedure
– Ensure stock availability
-Manage the operational Food and Beverage team
– Ensure strict compliance with all relevant Hygiene and Safety legislation
– Manage budget and expense cost
-Handle monthly report
-Analyze and make operational improvement strategy
– Min. Diploma/Bachelor Degree in any field.
– Have 6+ years of working experience withat least 2 years of experience as the Area Manager/Operation Manager in F&B Industry
-Prefer candidates from Bakery & Pastry background
– Strong background in F&B operation, strong analysis and strategic skills in reviewing sales performance, F&B SOP, cost & expense, etc.
– Have experience managing multiple stores
