• Make good documentation for training and development plan and strategy
• Build a consistent bank general knowledge and cs related onboarding session
• Make a plan for learning and development improvement
• Candidate must possess Bachelor’s Degree.
• Experience max 3 years in financial technology, or start-up field.
• Have experience creating modules training.
• Having good communication skills.
• Able to work as an individual as well as in a team.
• Able to adapt to dynamic company culture and fast-paced working environment.
