Position: Customer Service Representative E-commerce
Placement: Yogyakarta

Responsibility:
1. Answering an incoming calls and respond to e-mail.
2. Handle customer inquiries by e-mail and social media.
3. Provide customers about product and service information.
4. Identify and escalate priority issues.
5. Documenting all call information according to standard operating procedures.
6. Complete all call logs.
7. Updating customers profile into computer.
8. Conduct customer surveys to ascertain level of customer service.

Requirements:
1. Maximum age 30 years old
2. Education Level: minimum D-3 all major
3. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
4. Know how to operate Microsoft Excel & Word
5. Willing to work shift
6. Good looking & good attitude
7. Good communication
8. Deadline oriented
9. Ready for pressure
10. Customers & target oriented
